Our Company

What is different about High Grade and our marinades? High Grade products are family recipes that use only the finest ingredients available. If you went to the grocery store to buy all the ingredients to replicate our recipes, they would be cost prohibitive. Most marinades have salt, pepper and garlic. Ours have every type of seasoning in our kitchen from the most basic ingredients to expensive smoked flavors and unique herbs and spices.

Our mission is to treat you like you were eating with our family at our home. We spare no costs on the ingredients of these products.

The High Grade Story

Jasper Tramonte founded High Grade in the early 1900's in Galveston, Texas. The company was established with the mission of providing quality meat products to families and businesses all around the area.

Over the years, consumers have gone from preparing lengthy meals to semi-homemade, quick, heat and serve products. Likewise, our company has evolved with those demands.

Darryl Tramonte, current owner and President, has expanded on the foundation of the company's products by offering the meat products and specialty marinades.

Our heritage is more than history - it is the foundation of the quality you find in every product we offer.
